GENERAL
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
Terms can be changed on case by case basis.
Commissions are for personal use only.

Commissions must be paid in full upfront. Work on the commission will begin once the payment is received. If payment is not received within 3 days without prior communication the commission will be canceled.USE
The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece, but credit MUST be given.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I reserve all rights to the art, including, but not limited to: distribution, reproduction, and self-promotion.
Copyright to the artwork is not transferred to the client.
REVISIONS
Please do not hesitate in letting me know if changes need to be done during the correction stages. I would like you to be satisfied with the commission. Any significant change to the commission after the Sketch stage will come with an extra charge.REFUNDS
I have the right to cancel your commission at any time for any reason. If I cancel you will receive a full refund. Full refund is available if I haven't begun working on the commission. 70% refund is available if I have sketched the commission. No refund will be given once the commission is completed.COMMUNICATION
Work In Progress will be given to the commissioner at each step of the process. You will be given an weekly update once the commission is started. I work a full time job during the week so all drawing is done late at night and mostly on the weekends.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Please allow up to one month for completion of your commission. It may take less time if I have less commissions in my work queue ahead of yours, or it may take longer if my work queue is full (I will tell you this in advance.) You will receive a full resolution digital file. No physical item will be delivered.
